Check In/Out
The cottage will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. This is to allow time to get the cottage. cleaned and ready for the arrival of our next guests.

Smoking
We ask that you don’t smoke in the cottage.

Pets
No pets are allowed in the cottage.

Damages
Any damages or breakages should be advised as soon as possible to allow repairs or replacements in time for the arrival of our next guests. Depending on the significance of the item damaged/broken we may expect payment for the costs involved, except for general wear and tear.

Personal Loss
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.

Electricity
Electricity is covered in the overall charge.
​
On Leaving
We expect the cottages to be left tidy and reasonably clean.
​
Deposit
An initial deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable four weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation
If you cancel your stay less that 2 weeks before your arrival, you are required to pay the full balance. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage, you will receive a refund, minus the deposit.
If you cancel your stay more that 2 weeks before your arrival, you will receive a refund, minus the deposit.

In the unlikely event that the cottage became unsuitable to accommodate your holiday, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this instance a full refund will be made.
